Economic Convergence (with John Bradley and Tea Petrin) “The Albanian Economy: Past Performance and Future Potential”, prepared for the Directorate of Economic Development, Municipality of Tirana, funded by the Open Society Institute, February 2009, 84 pages. With Tea Petrin, Minister of Economy of Slovenia from 2000-2004, Best has been involved in a series of industrial development projects in Slovenia over a twenty year period.
